Every Mara Oak Mat Pillar begins as a piece of solid Kenyan oak and ends as something you'll keep for years. We hand-turn each pillar in our Nairobi workshop, finishing it with food-safe hardwax oil and joining the base with solid brass dowels — small details that make all the difference. We believe the objects in your home should be as considered as the practice they support.
